Ben Davis

President Drilling Services

With experience spanning more than 20 years, Ben has held a number of operational, corporate and executive HR roles across Australia, North and West Africa, and North America. He has led multi-disciplinary and globally diverse teams in both contracting and operating companies and has a proven ability to lead across cultures. Ben’s experience includes the implementation of effective HR and HSE strategies, coaching and leadership development, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as delivering effective resourcing and diversity outcomes.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Business (Double Major, HR and Sport Management) from Edith Cowan University Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Rice University – Jones Graduate School of Business, Houston, Texas. Ben is currently President Drilling Services for Perenti. Prior to this he was Perenti’s Chief People & Sustainability Officer as well as the President of Perenti’s Mining Services Division.

Kym Low

General Manager

Kym holds a Bachelor of Law and has over 15 years of experience in the major project contracting sector servicing the construction, mining, and infrastructure markets throughout Australasia and Africa. Kym was the General Counsel and Head of Commercial for an ASX listed construction resources company in Sydney before returning to Perth as General Manager, Legal and Commercial with Perenti Group. Kym has held numerous roles at Perenti including Acting General Manager of Perenti subsidiary MinAnalytical Laboratory Services before being appointed General Manager of Ausdrill. Kym has a strong record of leading the transformation of businesses and achieving financial success, while driving sustainable growth.

John Ivanovski

Senior Manager Operations

John has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry throughout Australia and has held several senior leadership roles within the mining and construction industry, including Operations Manager for Ausdrill Northwest Exploration, MAXAM Explosives and SRG, and General Manager of Ausdrill Drill & Blast.  As Ausdrill’s Senior Manager of Operations, Johns’ strategy and growth expertise, combined with site-based experience, has fostered a strong understanding of the success factors that drive performance and production in the field, as well as strategies to deliver sustainable growth.
